Featuring a choice of Beef Souvlaki with Pita Bread, Grilled Vegetables, Tzatziki or Mahi-Mahi Cakes with Corn Puree and Avocado Salsa for the main course, the set is scrumptiously complemented by an appetizer of Beef Carpaccio with Curry Oil and Apple & Pear Salad and a delicate yet delectable Mango Flambé made of Cointreau, Caramel Fudge and Vanilla Ice for dessert.
